However, in some cases clothing requirements are likely defined especially if there will be religious services.

There are 3 disorders related to the the eye myopia (shortsightedness), ‘hyperopia’ (farsightedness) and astigmatism. Of these disorders, astigmatism is the only disorder that can be present in a person right from his/her birth. There are several of corrective measures that can be made to prevent the occurrence of these disorders. However, if unlucky, you may start having vision-related problems, you must not feel any kind of shame in wearing spectacles or contacts.

Yoga is of the mind as ayurveda is of the body. Many people prefer contact lenses to glasses, for both practical and aesthetic purposes. With lenses, you can see and look better than you can with glasses. People with astigmatism need special types of lenses, though, and astigmatism contacts can be a little more expensive than other lenses.
